Tired

Whew! I have a new respect for working moms. I am so exhausted!! It's been 1 1/2 weeks since I started at Wal-Mart and my word have I been tired. Then to top things off, my husband got laid off :( It's nice because I'm able to see him during the day instead of me working at night, him during the day and us never seeing each other. But, financially it's going to be tough. Thankfully he will get unemployment. In all his company laid off 8 people, one guy had been there 7 years. My husband has a job interview here and one in Michigan, where we grew up and lived all of our lives. So, we have a huge decision to make......and soon. I guess a lot of it rests on if he even gets an offer from either of them.

I'm sorry to hear about your husbands loss of his job. My husbands company has announced they'll be laying off around the beginning of December as well (what timing, huh?) and we are hoping that he will be NOT be on the list, but we'll just have to wait and see.

We have considered moving back to the Midwest (Indiana) several times in the last few years because of the high cost of living here in the Northwest. It IS a tough decision to have to make, whether to uproot and somewhat start over again. I'll be praying for you that the Lord will provide the right job for your husband, and guide you in where your family should live.

I've thought of you many times this week, knowing you were having to take on balancing home and an outside job. Take care, and make sure you're getting enough rest (just a little bit of friendly nagging, lol;). That seems to be the area I always try to cut out (sleep) when I have more things going than I can juggle.

Missy, you and the family will be in my prayers. You know what all of us here are thinking...Michigan! But really, I want the Lord to do whatever He will to move you in HIS direction, not ours or your own. =) The Lord has really done something special in your lives. For you to be able to bear all the upheavals in the past years. Keep trusting Him. He is the author AND finisher of your faith! Love you. Take care and ditto what mykidsmom said...REST when you can! XOXOXOXOXOXOXO to you ALL
