Swingset

I have been so busy lately, so I haven't been around much, sorry. I have been keeping up on my favorite blogs though;) Just haven't had the time or energy to post on my own. I have to get a lot done today (we don't even have our Christmas decorations up yet) and I have to work from 4 to 11 tonight too. Yuck. Today is one of those days that I just don't want to go. I want to stay home with my family and enjoy just an ordinary day. There have been too few of them since I started working. So, if you get a ordinary day with your loved ones today (even if it's a little boring) be thankful.
Remember the swing set I told you about? Here are some pics! The kids have really enjoyed it. Notice the lack of snow, very strange to this girl from Michigan. Here we are at the middle of December and this is what it looks like. It has snowed twice, but it didn't stay more than 2 or 3 days. It's 50 out today :O Crazy stuff, I tell ya. I sure hope we don't have a brown Christmas.

Wow, are those little brown leaves I see still on your trees? It's a winter wonderland up here. Icy and cold. No swinging on swingsets today. :)

Your kids are getting so big! Katie is almost grown up. :)

I hope work goes well and fast for you today.

Oregonians (other than myself) like to talk about their "green" Christmas... as if it's a good thing;) I think I've seen maybe one white Christmas in 12 years that I've lived here (not even sure about that one). They ARE calling for snow tomorrow, though it might mean canceling the Christmas play, so hopefully it will hold off til Monday.

Glad to hear your kids are enjoying the swingset. I hope things are able to slow down a little bit for you over the holidays. I'm quessing you would have a few weeks off of homeschool during that time. I sure am looking forward to that. It's nice to hear an update from you, though I fully understand that you don't have much free time right now. Take care.

Oh, how I wish I could just haul a dump truck load of this down to you....Oh, I'd gladly share! =)

We actually had a snow day yesterday and a 2 hr delay today. It is frigid! It's way too cold for December. This is Jan/Feb weather.

I love ya all! Put up some more pics of the kids. I miss you all so very much. Give them all hugs from us! God bless! =)
